UPDATED FOR 2021 MOVE

For those who have purchased a 2020 show ticket and are unable to attend the 2021 dates we can offer a full refund for requests registered by email as below up to 30th June 2020. After this date the standard terms will apply. Alternatively we could retain 20% of your payments made as a deposit for the new dates and maintain your ticket over the next 14 months, cut off again would be 30th June 2020. Purchases from 1st July 2020 will be at standard price. Applications will be processed when the office reopens from 6th July 2020. The company will then remarket the open tickets over the full 14 months. It's a real shame that some won't be able to attend this extravaganza, but we will have a great time I'm sure.
No refunds will be made after 28th February 2021 this will be the last cancellation date for any refunds.
From 1st July 2020 to 28th February 2021 any cancellations will be deducted 20% pro rata to cover hotel and office administration costs.
Installment customers who have not completed their plan may, at the managements discretion, and subject to availability move to a lower cost plan. The latest date for this will also be 28th February 2021.
Cancellations or ticket alterations will only be accepted through e-mail hello@facepaintingconvention.com
If after 28th February 2021 up till 1st August 2021 you are unable to attend the show, you may sell your ticket, however YOU MUST inform us on the above email and team are aware of the details of attendees. Remember that this event is for professional artists and your replacement must meet this requirement.
The Management can at any time update or amend our cancellation terms & conditions.
