Q would like to cancel my ticket how do I do this?
A Refer to the CANCELLATION POLICY under SHOW INFO which gives you the terms in place reference your ticket(s)
Q Will the show be going a head this year?
A The current situation is a moving feast. We are continuing reviewing the situation and we are hopefull to stage the event this year now that vaccines are rolling out!. We will review the situation late April 2021.
Q Where do I get the show updates?
A https://www.facebook.com/groups/2020Convention and from our show marketing staff will update ticket holders when they have updates to be made
Q Where can I find the time table for this year's show?
A The time table is currently in preparation and will be released mid year on the ticekt holders Facebook page (link above) and a hard copy included in your show bag.
Q Why is there a cancellation charge?
A As a private company we create special events for the artists community that costs money to plan, it takes 18 months to organise and invest in presenting these special private shows. There are investments, staffing, administration and instalment costs that needs paying for before the show can even go ahead and we have to market and try and sell your ticket on, this can prove to be difficult if you have a full all inclusive ticket nearer to the event.
Q How do I upgrade or Downgrade my current ticket?
A For an upgrade/ downgrade costs please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for further information, please include your ticket number , there is a cutoff point for downgrading your ticket in the t&c's that can be found under the cancellation policy.
Q How can I volunteer to work for the show?
A Depending on the shows requirements some people are invited to support the show prior or during the event, please contact email@example.com if we have any current vacancies.
