Cancellation Policy for UK Convention Ticket Holders

For the UK Convention – a private company event – all-inclusive bookings include a £45 booking fee.  Please note that booking fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers or if the event is rescheduled to a date that you cannot attend.

If you pay a deposit for a ticket and fail to pay the balance by the advertised deadline, your ticket becomes void, and no refund will be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted after February 28th, 2024, and this date will serve as the deadline for all cancellations. Refunds will be provided for all tickets minus the £45 booking fee.

Customers who have not completed their instalment plan by March 18th, 2024, may move to a lower-cost plan, subject to availability and management discretion.

Cancellations or ticket alterations are only accepted via email at hello@facepaintingconvention.com. Please do not use Facebook, answer machines, or staff members to make alterations.

Ticket holders who cannot attend the event by August 1st, 2024, may sell their tickets provided they inform us through the above email address and provide details of the new attendee. Please note that this event is intended for professional artists, and the replacement ticket holder must meet this requirement. Tickets will not be transferable after 1st August 2024, and the ticket line will close on that day.

Please be advised that the event organizer, venue management, and Rainbow Faces Ltd accept no responsibility for personal property.
