Hotel information • The Convention will sort your booking and room based on timings and type of ticket purchased for the show however delegates must respect the Hotels Terms and Conditions during their stay. • The Convention cannot be held liable for problems with your Hotel rooms, we simply book your room on your behalf. • Once a room/room share has been agreed and information passed to the Hotel it is unlikely to be amended. Last date for amendments on Hotel rooms will be 1st September 2022. • There are No cash machines on site. There is a cash machine at the Asda store nearby. • Local amenities and all walking distance, Asda, Aldi, Pet shop, Macdonalds, Premier Classique Hotel, Hungry Horse, Tesco, Bingo Hall, Cinema, Petrol Station, • ALL Hotel rooms have irons, ironing boards, safe, hair dryers & tea/coffee making facilities. There are NO fridges. • For Your Fitness and Recreation Convenience, Beauty therapist, fitness room, pool-special offers maybe on offer and advised to book in advance. • Pets (small dogs only) are allowed at this Hotel at a cost of £20 a night. You must let us know to register your pet and pay on arrival direct to the Hotel. • Check in is 3pm and check out 12pm on the day you are leaving.
